MEMBERS & FRIENDS MEETING at the schoolhouse, Tuesday, August 24, at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting.

The open house featured the World War II Mini-Museum. 

Jackson Center School, built in 1870, is a living history museum and the home of the Historical Society. It is located at 7756 Fulton Drive NW, Massillon, Ohio 44646.

A Jackson eighth grader has established his own World War II museum in his home. A portion of his collection was on display at the Open House.


McGuffey, the owl mascot of the JTHS Kids Club, also put in an appearance.

PRESERVING THE PAST FOR THE FUTURE

We welcome donations of photographs, documents, memorabilia,

and other items relating to the history of the township.

MEMORY LANE, the informal discussion group that focuses on a topic of interest in the township and beyond, will return on

TOPIC: Crystal Springs, one of Jackson Township's earliest villages.
